Job Role: Audit Case Handler
Reporting To: Client Services Manager
Salary: £16,000 – £18,000 Basic (dependent on experience) OTE £26,000 – £28,000
Hours: 8.45am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Due to fast paced growth RVA Surveyors require a hardworking, reliable and motivated individual to join our existing client services team.
You will be responsible for personally managing our client accounts. Each case handler will be assigned a pipeline of accounts, you will be expected to manage and track each individual accounts progress, chase required information and deliver the information to the necessary authorities. You must be target driven to achieve and exceed daily/weekly targets as well as having a keen eye for detail and quality control.
Identifying and processing audit applications for client, you will be required to work to deadlines, speak professionally on the telephone and occasionally if required visit client’s on site. Training and support will be offered to every RVA employee to help you to become an industry expert under our guidance.
Ideal candidates would have previous experience within claims processing, case handling or management in case work.
