Job Description

Whilst the service offered by RVA is specialist business rates surveying, have no doubt that this is a fast paced sales organisation highly targeted on generating new client and property instructions.

As we continue to diversify our client acquisition channels along with the growth of the business we have identified the need to expand our team of Onboarding Agents to take clients through their onboarding journey as smoothly as possible.

As an Onboarding customer service agent you will mainly complete the sales cycle by processing client agreements, ensuring all other client paperwork is correct, quality control, completing government gateway registration & ensuring the client’s case is ready for a surveyor. The successful candidates will become an integral part of our ever growing and diverse team with the opportunity to progress and maximise your potential.

We offer a No Win No Fee service and have been engaged by over 40,000 properties over 12 years. In that time we have saved well in excess of £125million for our clients and we hold more 4 and 5 star reviews on Trustpilot than any other rating agency, a testament to our success rate of 85% reductions where we submit a Check or Challenge for our clients and the quality of our service.

Our pre-Covid run rate was approaching five thousand properties per and our target now is to make that ten thousand properties per year or more. As businesses reopen and to achieve our ambitious growth targets we will be investing heavily to expand our current sales & marketing functions.
