Reporting directly to the Head of Surveying & Operations we are recruiting for the position of an experienced Senior Surveyor.  The successful candidate will help to evolve the management and skill sets of the existing surveyors to ensure that we become the most recognised and number one choice for prospective clients.  As a Senior Surveyor, you will already be Chartered (MRICS preferable) and will support and develop your team to give mentorship and guidance towards their APC.

Overview of the role:

  • Management of high level casework
  • Oversee a team of surveyors based at our head office. To support the team with high volumes of case work with submitting and negotiating appeals.
  • Support the day to day surveying & operational needs of the department
  • Identify business development areas to secure new clients and create opportunities for other services
  • Quality control management with casework
  • Recruitment & Training of new Trained and Trainee Surveyors
  • Mentoring for APC for existing Surveyors where required

 

About you:

  • MRICS qualified
  • Proven track record undertaking valuations for rating casework
  • Preferable experience of Microsoft Office and Analyse software
  • Full UK driving licence

Salary

£45,000 – £50,000 DOE & Skills, plus car allowance and commission (OTE £60k uncapped – with professional fees paid)
