Job Description

Whilst the service offered by RVA is specialist business rates surveying, have no doubt that this is a fast paced sales organisation highly targeted on generating new client and property instructions.

With up to 15 positions available (with the potential of an immediate start) we are looking for candidates with Telesales experience and a proven track record of success.  You will become part of our ever growing and hugely successful sales division with the opportunity to progress and maximise your potential should you wish.

This position involves creating new opportunities and booking appointments for our national field sales representatives to engage prospective clients with our specialist business rate reduction services.

This is an amazing opportunity for highly driven and ambitious individuals to join one of the largest independent rating surveyors in the country.  We offer a No Win No Fee service and have been engaged by over 40,000 properties over 12 years.  In that time we have saved well in excess of £125million for our clients and we hold more 4 and 5 star reviews on Trustpilot than any other rating agency, a testament to our success rate of 85% reductions where we submit a Check or Challenge for our clients and the quality of our service.

Our pre-Covid run rate was approaching five thousand properties per year and our target now is to make that ten thousand properties per year or more.  As businesses reopen and to achieve our ambitious growth targets we will be investing heavily to expand our current sales & marketing functions.

Salary

£18,000 – £20,000 dependent on experience.

Expect to earn OTE of £28/£27k in your first year – all bonuses are paid monthly.
