Location: Denton, Manchester
Salary: £14,000-18,000 Dependant on Experience (OTE £30,000) Commission schemes (Uncapped)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am – 5.30pm

We are actively recruiting for enthusiastic Telesales Advisor to join our successful outbound sales team in Denton.
RVA are one of the UKs largest independent Business Rates Specialists, seeking to expand our client base. We are currently offering an exciting opportunity to join our established telesales team, the day to day role will consist of identifying new business opportunities, liaising with business owners to promote and effectively sell our services.

Key Responsibilities / Skills

  • Developing new business via outbound telephone activity to potential commercial clients that would benefit from our services
  • To identify commercial opportunities for the company through direct calls to potential business clients
  • Strong influencer with first class communication skills
  • Proven track of winning new client and customers
  • Exceptional Closing skills
  • Working to and exceeding KPI’s ensuring business targets are adhered to
  • The ability to build rapport and uphold confidence to speak to a wide variety of business owners
  • Being able to thrive within a fast paced environment and work effectively within a team
  • Candidates must be professional, articulate and confident
  • Excellent negotiation skills , self-motivated with the ability to work under pleasure and exceed targets

We also offer excellent training to develop your telesales / sales knowledge through unique workshops.

Regular incentives are in place and the role also offers uncapped commission.
