The Surveyor attended the Premises and explained the process and procedure of what was going to be done whilst on-site. Answered all questions in an easily understandable way that was clear and concise. Carried out the survey in a very proficient and professional way. Gave feedback after conducting the survey and all in all a very good service was rendered.
