RVA Surveyors is proud to announce Josh Leyland as Senior Business Rates Manager, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to delivering market-leading advice ahead of the 2026 Revaluation.

Josh joins RVA with over ten years’ experience in the business rates sector, bringing a wealth of expertise gained through senior roles including Surveyor Operations and Research Team Manager. His appointment marks a significant step in expanding RVA’s capability to support clients who are navigating complex rating challenges.
In his new role, Josh will lead RVA’s specialist surveying team, acting as a trusted advisor for major clients with complex property portfolios. He will play a key role in shaping RVA’s business rates strategy, strengthening client relationships, and driving initiatives that support professional development across the surveying team.
Josh’s role will be instrumental as RVA Surveyors continues to invest in talent to deliver results for clients during the lead-up to the 2026 Revaluation and beyond.
